How to Make Grapefruit Martini?
Grapefruit cocktails are always a treat.
It was never so easy to prepare this cocktail recipe!
Instructions:
Step 1
Add vodka, grapefruit, lemon juice, dry vermouth, and agave syrup in a cocktail shaker or mason jar with plenty of ice cubes.
Step 2
Shake vigorously for 5-8 sec. and strain into a martini glass, garnish, and ENJOY!
Note: If the grapefruit juice has a lot of pulp, use the double strain technique to obtain a cleaner cocktail.
How do I do the double Strainer Procedure?
- This will depend on whether you have a cobbler shaker with a strainer built into the lid, if so, we will only need a fine mesh strainer to make our double strain.
- Now if you use a cocktail shaker called Boston, you need to have a cocktail strainer since the Boston-type shaker does not have a filter integrated, it only consists of 2 parts, so we need a cocktail strainer and the fine mesh strainer for our double strain, these are very useful. I recommend having one at home.
- If you don’t have any of those utensils, don’t worry, you can still create your cocktail and not stay with the desire.
Use a tall glass to macerate the ingredients and you can use some forks as a filter or, if applicable, a small plate or lid that fits the glass you replaced as a shaker. The idea is to leave a clean cocktail without much residue, making the cocktail less clean. content of our cocktail!
