- White rum
- Pineapple chunks
- Fresh mint
- Lime wedges
- Agave syrup or simple syrup
- Soda water
How to Make a Pineapple Mojito?
- In a high-ball glass, combine pineapple chunks, mint leaves, lime wedges, and agave syrup. Using a cocktail muddler, muddle those ingredients together.
- Add plenty of ice.
- Then add white rum and club soda.
- Stir well and enjoy!

- 1 ½ Ounce White rum
- ½ Cup Pineapple chunks
- 6 Mint leaves Fresh mint
- 3 Lime wedges
- 3/4 Ounces Agave syrup or simple syrup optional
- 2 Ounces soda water
Instructions
- In a high-ball glass, combine pineapple chunks, mint leaves, lime wedges, and agave syrup. Using a cocktail muddler, muddle those ingredients together.
- Add plenty of ice.
- Then add white rum and club soda.
- Stir well and enjoy!
Notes
- Turn it into a frappe by adding all the ingredients to the blender.
- Turn it into a mocktail by removing the liquor.
- Try other tropical fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, mango, etc.
