Step 2- Add sweetener to the matcha paste according to your preference. Stir until completely dissolved. Continue whisking the matcha paste until it becomes foamy, creating a layer of bubbles on the surface.
Step 3- Cook Tapioca Pearls bring a pot of water to a boil and add the tapioca pearls and the brown sugar or honey coating them evenly, cook according to package directions until soft and chewy.
