Moscow mule cocktails are one of my favorites when going to a bar! they are refreshing, and the flavor of ginger and fresh lemon juice makes a genuinely incredible cocktail!
This recipe is a tropical and spicy variation that everyone must try, the tropical pineapple together with fresh mint, the spicy flavor of the jalapeño, and the extra flavor of mint with ginger beer make the flavors explode on your palate!
What is a Pineapple Mule?
For this variation, I use fresh pineapple, lemon juice, ginger beer, fresh mint leaves, agave nectar, and jalapeno peppers for a spicy kick.
Moscow mule is popularly served in a copper mug, which takes on the cool temperature of the liquid.
Pineapple Mule Ingredients
- Vodka
- Pineapple chunks
- Fresh Lime juice
- Sprig of fresh mint
- Jalapeno peppers into slices
- Ginger beer
- Agave syrup

What Does Pineapple Mule Taste Like?
It´s a refreshing, fun, tart, and fruity cocktail. It´s also smooth, and a little sweet, it has everything you´d want from a refreshing cocktail!
One more important thing is that by using fresh lemon juice you are also not only consuming a refreshing cocktail but also strengthening your immune system due to the vitamin C of the lemons, and ginger helps digestion problems and fights the flu, it is another excuse to prepare it!
How to Make a Pineapple Mule?
1.-In a mule mug add vodka, pineapple chunks, lime juice, fresh mint, slices of jalapeño and agave syrup
2.-Muddle gently until combined all the ingredients
3.-Add crushed ice and top with ginger beer
4.- Stir gently and garnish with pineapple chunks and a sprig of mint, serve and enjoy!
How to Serve a Moscow Mule
Serve your Moscow mule in a chilled copper mug for a traditionally elegant presentation.
Notes:
Jalapeño pepper: slice the jalapeño horizontally into thin rounds. I use about half of 1 jalapeño pepper.
Tip– If you don´t want your drink spicy, remove the seeds.

Variation of Moscow Mule
Tequila – If you don’t like vodka because it is a distillate without much flavor, change it to tequila, which depending on its type can have more complex and aromatic flavors.
Tropical fruits – Change the flavor to passion fruit, strawberry, cucumber, watermelon, grapefruit, orange, or peach, there are countless options of your choice.
Frozen – Prepare it frozen, putting all the ingredients in the blender except for the ginger beer, you will put this at the end.

- 1 teaspoon agave syrup or simple syrup
- 4 or 6 leaves of fresh mint
- Half jalapeño pepper into slices
- 4 oz ginger beer
