The Pineapple Margarita combines all of the best refreshing elements: Great tequila, pineapple, lime juice, agave syrup and chilli powder to give that kick in the end, you can be on vacation by drinking this refreshing margarita, Let the shaker do the work and enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ ounces tequila (any, but Reposado is recommended)
- 1 ounce orange liquor (such as Grand Marnier or Cointreau)
- 3 ounces pineapple juice (you can use the one they sell ready-made in supermarkets or make fresh juice)
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1 teaspoon of agave nectar (or any kind of sweetener)
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 pineapple leave (optional for garnishing)
- 1 wedge of lime for garnishing as show in the photos
How to Make a Pineapple Margarita
1.- Rim glass with chili powder (optional)
2.- In a shaker glass with ice, add tequila, orange liquor, pineapple juice, lime juice, agave syrup and stir to combine, shake vigorously for 30 seconds until chilled
3. Transfer the contents of the shaker into your prepared glass with fresh ice and optionally garnish
How to Serve
I love to serve pineapple margaritas in a short glass, It is very practical and comfortable in the hand, which provide some aesthetic flair, You can use the classic margarita glass too, rimming the glass with chilli powder for a pineapple margarita provides a sweet and sour touch!

- 1 ounce orange liquor (such as Grand Marnier or Cointreau) I used Mexican brand Controy, But its your choice.
- 3 ounces pineapple juice (you can use the one they sell ready-made in supermarkets or make fresh juice)
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1 teaspoon of agave nectar (or any kind of sugar)
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 pineapple leave (optional for garnishing)• 1 wedge of lime for garnishing as show in the photos
Instructions
1.- Rim

- Make it frozen adding all the ingredients to the blender.
